Training Sessions

One on One Training

Gives an athlete an opportunity to build on strengths and develop on weaknesses.  Workouts are tailored to the individual needs of a player, so maximum growth can be achieved.  Athletes have an opportunity to get specialized training with Coach Miller.

Small Group Training

​

Designed for 2-6 players that want to work together.  Small Group sessions include ball handling, agility, finishing at the basket, creating separation, conditioning and game shots.
